Personal Information that Frontier Hospice May Collect Online
When visiting the Frontier Hospice website and signing up for products, services or information through any website page, you may choose to supply Frontier Hospice with information that identifies you personally. Frontier Hospice does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems. Frontier Hospice encourages parents to go online with their kids. Does Frontier Hospice share information with companies or other organizations?
